AIP Butterfly Valves have been designed for easy installation on irrigation, civil and mining worksites. All AIP Butterfly Valves come with Lever Handle or Gear Operators and a choice of Wafer Body or Full Lug Body. Also available is a Double Flanged Gear Operated Valve, Polyurethane Lined Wafer Body and Butterfly Valve Extensions. A wide range of diameter sizes is available:
- Wafer Body Lever Handle - 2" (50mm) to 12" (300mm).
- Wafer Body Gear Operated - 2" (50mm) to 24" (600mm).
- Full Lug Body Lever Handle - 2" (50mm) to 12" (300mm).
- Full Lug Body Gear Operated - 2" (50mm) to 24" (600mm).
- Double Flanged Gear Operated, Complete with Locking Device - 2" (50mm) to 24" (600mm).
- Polyurethane Lined Wafter Body Lever Handle (for use with Abrasive Media) - 3" (80mm) to 6" (150mm).
- Butterfly Valve Extensions (Galvanised Column, Mild Steel Shaft) - Available in standard lengths 1 metre or 1.5 meters; other sizes POA.

- Wafer Body Lever Handle - 316 Stainless Steel Disc, 410 Stainless Steel Stem, NBR Seat, Table E, Diameter Ranges 2" (50mm) to 12" (300mm).
- Wafer Body Gear Operated - 316 Stainless Steel Disc, 410 Stainless Steel Stem, NBR Seat, Table E, Diameter Ranges 2" (50mm) to 24" (600mm).
- Full Lug Body Lever Handle - 316 Stainless Steel Disc, 410 Stainless Steel Stem, NBR Seat, Table E, Diameter Ranges 2" (50mm) to 12" (300mm).
- Full Lug Body Gear Operated - 316 Stainless Steel Disc, 410 Stainless Steel Stem, NBR Seat, Table E, Diameter Ranges 2" (50mm) to 24" (600mm).
- Double Flanged Gear Operated (Complete with Locking Device) - PN16, Epoxy Coated Ductile Iron, 316 Stainless Steel Disc, 410 Stainless Steel Stem, NBR Seat, Table E, Diameter Ranges 2" (50mm) to 24" (600mm).
- Polyurethane Lined Wafer Body Lever Handle - Body Cast Iron, 316 Stainless Steel Disc (Polyurethane Coated), 304 Stainless Steel Stem, Polyurethane Seat. Applications: Abrasive Media, Cement, Fly Ash, Coal, Dust Diameter Ranges 3" (80mm) to 6" (150mm).
- Butterfly Valve Extensions (Galvanised Column, Mild Steel Shaft) - Extensions are available in standard module lengths of either 1 meter or 1.5 metres, to suite Wafer Body Valves (Lever or Gear Operated). Modules can be bolted together if necessary, in any combination, to achieve extension heights required. For non-standard extension heights and for Lugged Body Valve extensions may be available on special request. Standard extensions available for Diameter Ranges 4" (100mm) to 12" (300mm). Other sizes available POA. Valves sold separately.
